The Boston Herald is reporting As you may have already guessed by now, Pedro Martinez is planning to pitch in 2010 and he's apparently starting his throwing program this week in preparation, according to the Boston Herald.

Ny Post is reporting that Pedro Martinez is going to Philadelphia to meet with Phillies' officials and have a physical. Reports are that if Martinez passes his physical he could sign as early as wednesday.
